Right now, Juicer outsources POS access to overseas teams for manual price changes, leaving your restaurants vulnerable to potential data breaches and unwanted human error. You also need to be able to test dynamic pricing in an efficient way that makes the most value of your team’s time. Juicer will ingest your data and provide a report of pricing opportunities, but you won’t have the ability to modify or adjust those pricing strategies online in their platform. You can also run hourly updating pricing strategies on hundreds of locations due to Sauce’s fully automated solution. In most cases, Juicer only supports daily price changes for limited numbers of locations.

Platform & Control

The most significant gap among restaurant dynamic pricing platforms is the level of control supported. If something critical comes up in the restaurant and you need to make a quick change to your pricing, you do that easily with Sauce. The Sauce dashboard supports both same-day edit capabilities, and the Sauce system will automatically detect changes in online menus so that your dynamic pricing system and online menus are always synced up. The Juicer platform does not provide support for critical real-time price edits that your team may need to make.
